The Royal Range RD85-48-SAE is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a fully welded frame with a solid state controller and an embedded sensor. The griddle is equipped with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, providing a 48" wide by 24" deep cooking surface. The unit includes four solid state controls, a safety pilot, and electronic ignition for efficient operation.
