The Royal Range RD85-60-SAE is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 60-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with five solid state controls, a safety pilot, and an electric ignition system. Its construction includes a fully welded frame with stainless steel front, sides, and back, and it stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.
