The Royal Range RD85-72 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a fully welded frame with a stainless steel front, sides, and back. The griddle is equipped with a 72-inch wide, 24-inch deep cooking surface made of a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. It includes six solid state snap action thermostat-controls and a 3-inch grease trough for efficient cooking and cleaning.
