The Royal Range RFT-60-3-DM2 is a gas fryer from the Delux Series, designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a multivat fryer battery with three 60 lb. capacity tanks. The fryer is equipped with built-in filtration and two channel solid state digital control with a melt cycle. Constructed with a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, it is mounted on 6" casters for mobility.
