The Royal Range RDSAC-48-D is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 48-inch wide cooking surface, constructed with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with four burners, each with a solid state snap action thermostat and a safety pilot with electronic ignition. The griddle is built with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, supported by an all-welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation. The griddle operates at 120,000 BTU and includes 4-inch adjustable legs.
