The Royal Range RDSAC-48 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 48-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with four burners, each controlled by a solid state snap action thermostat, and includes a safety pilot with electronic ignition. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it has an all welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool. The unit stands on 4-inch adjustable legs.
