The Royal Range RDSAC-60 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60" wide cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with five burners, each with a solid state snap action thermostat and a safety pilot with electronic ignition. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it includes an all welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation for durability and heat retention.
