The Royal Range REEF-35-3-DM2 is a gas fryer designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a multivat fryer battery with three 35 lb. capacity stainless steel tanks. It includes twin fry baskets for each tank and is constructed with a fully welded stainless steel cabinet.
