The Royal Range RHEF-75-DM2 is a gas-powered floor model fryer designed for high-efficiency cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a tube-fired design with a 75-80 lb. capacity and two channel solid state digital control with a melt cycle. The fryer is equipped with automatic pilot ignition and four in-shot burners, providing a total of 132,000 BTU. Constructed with a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, it includes twin fry baskets and 6-inch casters for mobility.
