The Royal Range REEF-35-4-EM is a gas fryer designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a multivat fryer battery with a total of four 35 lb. capacity tanks. The fryer is equipped with an electro mechanical thermostat, allowing temperature control between 200° - 400° F. The construction includes a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, and it is mounted on 6" casters for mobility. The unit also includes built-in filtration to maintain oil quality.
