The Royal Range RFT-60-5-EM is a gas fryer designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a multivat fryer battery with five 60 lb. capacity tanks. The fryer is equipped with a built-in filtration system and a millivolt control thermostat, allowing for temperature adjustments between 200° and 400° F. The fryer includes three baskets per tank and is constructed with a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides. It is mounted on 6" casters for mobility.
