The Royal Range RKTB-36 is a gas-powered countertop charbroiler designed for commercial kitchen use. It features six individually adjustable stainless steel tubular burners, each rated at 18,000 BTU/hr, providing a total output of 108,000 BTU. The charbroiler includes a large stainless steel water pan for easy cleaning and stainless steel radiant covers. The unit is constructed with a fully welded and replaceable interior fire box, insulated with 1,200° mineral wool, and comes with stainless steel sides, front, and ledge.
