The Royal Range RR-12 is a gas-operated restaurant range designed for commercial kitchens. It features twelve 30,000 BTU lift-off top burners and two standard ovens, providing substantial cooking capacity. The range is constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, valve cover, kickplate, and includes an 11" deep high shelf. The unit is equipped with 12" x 12" cast iron grates and a safety valve for secure operation.
