The Royal Range RSMG-18 Griddle is a countertop gas appliance designed for efficient cooking. It features an 18" wide by 18" deep cooking surface with a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with manual controls and includes a 4" grease trough for easy cleaning. Constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, it stands on 4" legs and operates at 20,000 BTU.
