It features a 24-inch wide by 18-inch deep cooking surface with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with manual controls and a 4-inch grease trough for easy cleaning. Its construction includes stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, supported by 4-inch legs, and it operates at 40,000 BTU.
