The Royal Range RSMG-36 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 36-inch wide cooking surface with a depth of 18 inches, constructed from a 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit includes manual controls for each of its three burners, which collectively provide 60,000 BTU of heating power. The griddle is equipped with a 4-inch wide stainless steel grease trough for efficient waste management and comes with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover.
