The Royal Range RSMG-48 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 48-inch wide cooking surface with a depth of 18 inches, constructed from a 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with manual controls for each of its four burners, providing a total output of 80,000 BTU. The griddle includes a 4-inch wide stainless steel grease trough for efficient drainage and cleaning, and it is supported by 4-inch high adjustable legs.
