Overview

The Serv-Ware EST3-1 is an electric steam table designed to maintain pre-cooked foods at safe hot food holding temperatures. It features three open well bays that accommodate standard size pans, although pans are not included. The unit is constructed with stainless steel, including a 430 series stainless under shelf and 201 series stainless legs, and is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet.

The steam table includes independent infinite controls for each bay, a removable cutting board, and a 6-foot power cord. Optional accessories such as a double sneeze guard, sanitary guard, cutting board kits, and casters are available.
