Overview
The Serv-Ware EST4-1 is an electric steam table designed for holding pre-cooked foods at safe hot food holding temperatures. It features four open well bays that accommodate standard size pans, though pans are not included. The construction includes stainless steel heating elements, an under shelf, legs, and adjustable feet.
Each bay has independent infinite controls, and the unit comes with a removable cutting board. The steam table is equipped with a 6-foot cord for electrical connection.
