Overview

The Serv-Ware SP60-24M-HC-T is a refrigerated sandwich and salad prep counter designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel exterior and an ABS plastic interior with a 304 stainless steel floor. The unit includes a digital LED temperature display and electronic thermostat for precise temperature control.

This prep counter is equipped with auto defrosting and auto evaporation of condensation water. It comes with magnetic gaskets that can be replaced without tools, and includes PC plastic pans and a plastic cutting board. The unit is shipped with casters that are not installed.
