Overview

The Serv-Ware STGS-36 is a thermostatic gas griddle designed for countertop use. It features a stainless steel construction with a ¾" thick griddle plate, providing durability and efficient heat distribution. The unit is equipped with three cast iron H-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU, and includes a standby pilot for quick start-up.

This griddle is built for natural gas use and comes with an LP conversion kit and regulator. It includes a removable stainless steel drip tray and adjustable heavy-duty legs for stability.
