Overview
The Serv-Ware STGS-24 is a gas countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel construction with chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs and adjustable heavy-duty legs. The griddle is equipped with cast iron H-shape burners and a thermostatic control for precise temperature management.
This model is built for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. It also has a fully welded stainless back and side splash, a removable stainless steel drip tray, and a standby pilot for quick and easy start.
