The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter is designed for hot food service applications. It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes thermoset wells with high-efficiency in-water heating elements, which do not require spillage pans. It is equipped with a buffet style breath guard and manifold drains.
