The Genesis G602ST-36B24G is a 60-inch gas range designed for restaurant use. It features a manual griddle with an oven and is constructed with a fully welded stainless steel frame. The range includes six two-piece cast iron non-clog burners and a 24-inch wide griddle. It is equipped with independent manual control valves and a standing pilot for each burner. The unit also includes two standard ovens with spark ignition, each capable of holding a full-size sheet pan.
