The Venancio USA R72CT-72G is a gas-powered, countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 72-inch wide cooking surface made from a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with six manual control valves, each connected to an enameled steel burner placed every 12 inches. A standing pilot is present for each burner, and the unit includes a 1-gallon capacity stainless steel grease trough. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and splash guards, and is supported by a 14-gauge interlocking fully welded frame with 4-inch adjustable chrome steel legs.
