The 4-Series Signature Server® Bain Marie Hot Food Station is a modular serving counter designed for wet operation. It features a single dial thermostat control and a 625 watt heating element. The unit is constructed with an 18/300 series stainless steel one-piece top and an 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base. It includes a drain hose on the operator side and is equipped with 4" swivel casters with brakes for mobility.
