The 4-Series Signature Server® Model 37067 is a Bain Marie Hot Food Station designed for efficient food service operations. It features a modular design with a single dial thermostat control for wet operation. The unit is constructed with an 18/300 series stainless steel one-piece top and an 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base. It includes a drain hose on the operator side and is equipped with 4" swivel casters with brakes for mobility.
