The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel and features a stainless steel countertop. It is designed with three wells, each equipped with a 120V, 525W exposed heating element. The unit includes a buffet style breath guard with lights and an enclosed base with sliding doors for storage. It is equipped with manual controls for each well and is mounted on four swivel casters, two of which are braked.
