It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel with a seamless one-piece 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit features foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation and includes a buffet style acrylic breath guard. It is equipped with locking casters for mobility and a 1-inch drain for easy cleanup.
