It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel with a seamless one-piece 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes a buffet style acrylic breath guard and is equipped with a 6-inch deep stainless well with a 1-inch drain for easy cleanup.
