It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel and features a fully enclosed clear acrylic Buffet NSF2 Certified breath guard. The unit utilizes R290 refrigerant and is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane for efficiency and performance. It includes a storage base with sliding doors and is equipped with locking casters for stability.
