The Vollrath/Anvel R38773 is a serving counter designed for cold food storage and presentation. It is constructed with a cherry woodgrain wrapper and features a fully enclosed clear acrylic Buffet NSF2 breath guard. The unit is built with a solid base and accommodates a 3-pan size with a 6" deep stainless well. It is equipped with a 1" drain for easy cleaning and includes locking casters for stability.
