The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Serving Counter, model T38707464, is designed for serving hot food in a buffet setting. It features a durable construction with a vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel base and a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes three thermoset wells with a high-efficiency 480W in-water heating element, each controlled by individual manual dial controls. The sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with a manifold drain for convenience.
