It features a durable construction with a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and a 20-gauge stainless steel work surface. The unit includes three thermoset wells with individual manual dial controls, each providing 480 watts of heating power. The sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with a manifold drain for efficient operation.
