The Vollrath/Anvel T387082 is a serving counter designed for hot food service. It features a durable construction with a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes three thermoset wells with high-efficiency 480W in-water heating elements, each controlled by individual manual dial controls. The serving counter is equipped with a buffet-style breath guard and an enclosed base with a storage opening.
