This serving counter is part of the 2-Series Affordable Portable™ line, designed for hot food service. It features a durable construction with a black vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base and a 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes four thermoset wells with 480W in-water heating elements, each controlled by individual manual dial controls. The sealed wells do not require spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with a manifold drain for convenience.
