It is constructed with a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and includes a buffet style breath guard with lights. Each well is equipped with individual manual dial controls for 600-800 watt thermoset sealed wells, eliminating the need for spillage pans. The unit also includes a manifold drain and is mounted on swivel casters for mobility.
