It features a granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and includes a buffet style breath guard with lights. The unit is equipped with individual manual dial controls for each of its three 480-watt thermoset sealed wells, eliminating the need for spillage pans. It also includes a manifold drain system and an enclosed base.
