The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a serving counter designed for maintaining the temperature of hot foods. It is constructed with a granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes three thermoset wells with individual manual dial controls, each providing 480 watts of heating power. The sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with a manifold drain for efficient water management. The serving counter also comes with a buffet-style breath guard and an enclosed base with a storage opening.
