It is constructed with a cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes four thermoset wells with individual manual dial controls, each capable of 600-800 watts, and a manifold drain system. The serving counter is equipped with a buffet style breath guard with lights and an enclosed base with a storage opening.
