The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a serving counter designed for maintaining hot food at serving temperatures. It is constructed with a vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel base and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes four thermoset wells with high-efficiency 480W in-water heating elements, each controlled by individual manual dial controls. The sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with manifold drains for efficient water management.
