UNOX XAEC-1013-EPL Heated Cabinet, Reach-In
The UNOX XAEC-1013-EPL is a heated cabinet designed for service temperature food preservation. It is constructed with a high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel chamber featuring rounded edges and a double glass door. The cabinet includes a 7" touch control panel and is equipped with advanced airflow management through the AIR.Maxi™ system. It is capable of storing food at service temperature without the need for blast freezing and regenerating, making it suitable for environments with limited space.
