This product is a food pan warmer/cooker designed for countertop use. It includes a stainless steel interior liner with a matte black finish and a manual temperature control knob with a range of 0°F to 212°F. The unit can be converted from an 11 qt to a 7 qt capacity using the included adapter ring. It is equipped with non-slip bakelite feet and operates on 120V, 1200W, 10 Amps with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
