Each unit comes standard with 1/6 size pans. Atosa also publishes optional drawer configurations using full-size 1/1 pans as well as 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 sizes, so the layout can be matched to the station.
Will it fit under a standard counter?
Yes. On its standard 2" casters it stands 32-3/8" tall. Lower 1.5" and 1.2" casters bring that to 31-7/8" and 31-1/4" if the counter run is tighter, and 4" or 5" stem casters raise it to 34-3/8" or 35-1/4".
Is R290 refrigerant safe in a commercial kitchen?
