Atosa USA SPA20K1826 — 20 Pan Aluminum Bun Rack on Casters
The full-height rack every production kitchen runs on: 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or 40 half-size pans on 3-inch spacing, in an all-aluminum frame rated for 550 lb. It rolls on 5-inch swivel stem casters — two with side brakes — so a full load of proofing dough or cooling product moves between oven, cooler and line in one trip.

20 Full Pans, or 40 Half Pans
Twenty full-size 18" x 26" sheet pan slides, which double to forty when you run half-size 13" x 18" pans — one rack that covers both a bakery and a prep kitchen.
All-Aluminum Construction
Aluminum does not rust, which is what you want on a rack that gets pushed into a walk-in, wheeled through a wet dish area and washed regularly. It is also light enough to move empty with one hand.
Square Crossbar Braces
Square crossbar bracing rather than round tube resists racking — the twist that turns a tall, loaded pan rack into a wobble on the way across a kitchen floor.
5" Swivel Casters, Two Braked
Four 5-inch swivel stem casters, two of them with side brakes. It maneuvers in a tight aisle and then locks in place at the oven or on a delivery truck.

How many pans does it actually hold?

Does it come with casters?
Yes. Swivel casters are standard on the SPA20K1826 — four 5-inch swivel stem casters, two of them fitted with side brakes.
Will it fit through a standard doorway?
The rack is 20-7/8" long by 26" wide and 69" tall overall, so it clears a standard 30" or 36" commercial doorway when pushed end-on.
Is this the same as the MPRA-20?
