The Carter-Hoffmann HP38 is a plate warmer cabinet designed for shelf or wall mounting. It features a stainless steel cabinet with a blue powder-coated aluminum flip-up door and includes a menu card holder. This unit is equipped with removable and washable grease filters and is suitable for plates up to 12-3/4" in diameter, with a temperature range of 120°F to 185°F.
