It features a granite vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base and includes a buffet style breath guard with lights. Each of the four wells is equipped with a 525 watts heating element, controlled manually. The unit is built with an enclosed base and includes four swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
