It is constructed with a vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel body and features a seamless one-piece 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes a buffet style acrylic breath guard and is equipped with a 6" deep stainless well with a 1" drain for easy cleanup.
