Constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel, it features a foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced efficiency. The unit includes a clear acrylic NSF2 buffet breath guard to protect food from contamination. It is equipped with a 1" integral drain for easy cleanup and has an 8 ft cord with a plug for flexible placement options.
